Twetches Help

Recently there have been quite a few submissions that we haven’t been able to publish.

This sucks because it would be ideal to publish all submissions.

However, if the submission doesn’t follow the rules and/or instructions that are clearly stated on the Submit Page, we cannot publish the art.

If you need help figuring out how to make a Twetch, click here or to the right on the button that reads “Help Files”.

Cheers and Happy Twetching!

Inspirational Tweets for Twitter Sketches

Sometimes it can be hard to find a Tweet that would make a good Twitter Sketch.

That is why we have started the “Inspiration” list on Twitter.

Check it out: http://twitter.com/Twetches/inspiration

Let us know if there are people that you think should be on it here.

Thanks!

How Do I Create a Twetch?

How does one go about creating a Twetch?

Good question! Now watch this video:

5 Steps to creating a Twetch:

1. Go to Twitter and find a funny or intriguing Tweet. Choose another person’s tweet, not your own tweet. This helps the Twetches community grow. (if you don’t have a twitter account you can create one here)

2. Bust out your favorite medium of creating art. (sketchbook, photoshop, illustrator, canvas, chalkboard etc.)

3. Sketch, Draw, Paint or Illustrate what comes to mind when you read the Tweet you chose.

4. Digitize the freshly created Twetch if it wasn’t created digitally. (scanner or camera)

5. Go to Twetches.com/submit and upload the Twetch. In the text field include the tweet that inspired you as well as the name of the person who tweeted it. Include your Twitter handle as well, this ensures that both parties get credit where credit is due.

Once you have submit the Twetch depending on the queue and approval of said Twetch it should be posted within 1 week.

Thanks and Happy Twetching!
